Post Parcels - An amount equal to 50% of the postage may be added to cover packaging costs.


Returns - Goods may NOT be returned without prior written consent. They will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% if accepted.


Claims - Claims for damage must be given to the Carrier and this Company in writing (otherwise than on the Carrier's delivery note) within three days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be given similarly, within ten days of despatch.


Minimum Order Value - Orders with a M.O.V. of less than £50.00 will not be accepted.


Payment - Nett monthly account.

 

Delivery -

 a) U.K. mainland and Northern Ireland - orders of £200.00 nett value or over sent ordinary Carriage Paid at ordinary goods rate in the U.K.
b) Eire, Isle of Man and Channel Islands - carriage will be charged on all orders with a nett value below £500.00.
C) Export - all prices quoted herein are "EX-WORKS" BIRMINGHAM.


CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

Acceptance - All quotations are subject to confirmation by us on receipt of order, and we reserve the right to refuse any order.


Prices and Discounts - All prices subject to alteration without notice, and goods to be charged at prices ruling at date of despatch.


Boxed Quantities - We reserve the right to supply in nearest unit-pack. 25% surcharge for split-pack requests.


Special Consignments - Sent at customers' instructions in advance of carriage paid qualifying lots, will be charged at current carriage/postal rates.


Recovery of Goods - All goods supplied shall remain our property until payment of the Invoice for same has been discharged in full. If any of the Goods are resold before payment is made the Company's right of ownership shall be transferred to the proceeds of sale or to the claim for such proceeds.
